QUATRE-QUART

Ingredients :

  • 3 eggs
  • 150g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 170g flour
  • yeast
  • chocolate

Steps :

  1. Whisk butter eggs and sugar.
  2. Add butter and flour with yeast.
  3. Stir slowly.
  4. Bake 50 minutes / 150°C
  5. Grate chocolate and put it on the cake before serving.

THAI SOUP

Ingredients :

  • 3 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • lemon grass
  • Chinese noodle
  • 1 cube of curry
  • coconut milk
  • salt
  • soy sauce

Steps

  1. Boil water in a pan with curry.
  2. Peel and carrots, zucchinis, the onion, lemon grass ad the pepper ; fry them and put them in the water.
  3. Add Chinese noodle and coconut milk in the water.
  4. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce in the water and salt it. Simmer.
  5. Take a bowl and eat your Thai soup !

GRATIN

Steps :

  1. Peel the potatoes and chop them.
  2. Put them to fry.
  3. Chop cheese.
  4. Put the potatoes and cheese in a pan.
